Request for Proposal for a ticketing system for the bg真人 bg真人 Center (CMC) and National Underground Railroad Freedom Center (NURFC) in bg真人, OH.

The bg真人 bg真人 Center and National Underground Railroad Freedom Center are seeking proposals from vendors to supply a unified solution to process museum bg真人 tickets and membership sales, through multiple sales channels. This system must meet the functional requirements as outlined in the Request for Proposal document to meet the two institutions present and future ticketing needs.

Any inquires, requests for interpretation, technical questions, clarification, or additional information shall be directed to tickets@akcricketacademy.com. All questions shall be received no later than 5:00 P.M., EST, November 25, 2022. If required, RFP clarifications can be provided in a scheduled meeting. This meeting will not serve as a product presentation.

Key Dates:

November 25, 2022: Deadline for RFP clarifications
December 5 to 23, 2022: RFP clarifications issued to vendors
December 30, 2023: Deadline for Presentations/Proposals
March 31, 2023: Selection of 2-3 final candidates
June 30, 2023: Applicant selected
July 1, 2023 to July 1, 2024: Implementation

Professional Landscaping Services

bg真人 bg真人 Center (CMC), 1301 Western Avenue, bg真人, OH 45203 invites interested parties to respond to the Request for Proposals for professional landscaping services.

Parties that respond should submit a detailed Statement of Qualifications providing all information described in this announcement. Responses shall be emailed to the two (2) email addresses below with “PROFESSIONAL LANDSCAPING SERVICES” as the Subject. Statements of qualifications must be received by CMC no later than 4:30 PM, September 30, 2022.
